Stefanos Giokaris
Technical Manager
Stefanos Giokaris holds the position of Technical Manager at Grivalia Management Company. He is responsible for the urban planning maturity and permitting of the Eurobank real estate portfolio, as well as for the technical due diligence of new investments.
Since joining Grivalia Management Company in 2021, Stefanos has played a decisive role in resolving urban planning issues and enabling the transferability of a significant number of assets within the portfolio. In parallel, he provides advisory services for maintenance and development projects related to the Investment and Own Used portfolios.
From 2007 to 2016, he worked at the engineering firm “Domiki Diagnosi E.P.E.”, where his primary responsibilities included conducting structural studies, developing structural monitoring systems, and supervising building projects. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2021, he operated his own engineering office, specializing in structural adequacy assessments and structural intervention design for reinforced concrete buildings, and property compliance/regularization.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Engineering Department of the University of Patras and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in "Seismic Engineering and Earthquake-Resistant Structures" from the Hellenic Open University.
