Andreas Parmaxis

Andreas Parmaxis holds the position of Partner at Grivalia Management Company.

From 2022 to 2025, he served as Group HR & Compliance Officer at Grivalia Hospitality, while concurrently holding the position of Partner, HR & Compliance – Risk Officer at Grivalia Management Company. From 2014 to 2019, he led the Human Resources, Compliance and Risk functions of Grivalia Properties REIC. Prior to that, he served as the Company's Internal Auditor for seven years. Throughout his career within the Grivalia Group, he actively participated in two share capital increases and contributed to major organizational transformation initiatives. Currently, Andreas leads the Human Resources and Compliance functions of Grivalia Management Company.

In the area of Human Resources, he contributes to the development of the Company's people strategy and is responsible for designing and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with the Company's business objectives. He also provides advisory support to Management on organizational design, talent acquisition, people development, performance management, as well as compensation and benefits.

In the area of Compliance, he is responsible for ensuring the Company's and its employees' compliance with the applicable internal policies and external regulatory framework. In addition, he provides advisory support to the Board of Directors and Management on compliance and risk management matters, contributing to the identification, assessment and management of risks that may affect the Company's operations.

Prior to joining the Grivalia Group, Andreas worked as Controller at Marmaras Navigation, Internal Auditor at Merit Securities S.A. and external consultant at Kantor Management Consultants.

Andreas holds an MSc in Internal Auditing and Management from City University London (formerly CASS Business School) and a BSc in Public Administration from Panteion University of Athens. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
