Apostolos Liontopoulos

Apostolos Liontopoulos holds the position of REO Manager at Grivalia Management Company. Since joining the company in June 2019, he has been actively involved in the management of real estate assets portfolio acquired from non-performing loans. His responsibilities include organization and monitoring of properties’ disposal, while he also actively contributes to the repossessedportfolio planning and optimization strategy.

He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the real estate sector. From 2016 to 2019, he worked at Eurobank as an Asset Manager in the Business and Investment Planning of Real Estate Portfolio. In the past, he has worked as a civil engineer in the fields of construction project management and structural design.

He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc in Earthquake Engineering and Seismic-Resistant Structures from the Hellenic Open University, as well as an MBA from the postgraduate program in Business Administration (AthensMBA), jointly offered by the National Technical University of Athens and the Athens University of Economics and Business.
