Charis Anastaselos

Harry Anastaselos holds the position of Senior Partner in Grivalia Management Company.

He is responsible for and oversees all legal and corporate governance affairs of the Company. Among others, he provides legal support on the management of the existing portfolio, on new investments, on divestments, on litigation, on corporate governance issues as well as on the identification and assessment of legal risks that may affect the due implementation of the Company’s enterprise planning. He has also been a member of its Board of Directors since 2022.

In the period 2022 - 2025, he simultaneously led the legal operations of Grivalia Hospitality SA and of its subsidiaries through his role of Group Chief Legal Officer, while he was actively engaged in their day-to-day affairs through various roles since the inception of Grivalia Hospitality SA in 2015.

In the period between 2010 – 2019, he served as Legal Advisor, Legal Manager and Legal Director respectively of Grivalia Properties REIC.

Harry has been recognized as a leading in-house lawyer by the prestigious Legal 500, which included him in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, 2025).

He has been a lawyer since 2003. Before joining Grivalia Properties REIC in February 2010, he practiced law mainly in the fields of civil and commercial law.

He holds a BSc in Law from Aristoteleion University of Thessaloniki and two Master of Laws (LLM) degrees, one in Financial Law from Goethe University of Frankfurt (Institute for Law and Finance) and the other in Public International Law with emphasis on International Economic Law from the London School of Economics.
